How is data collected?

Comprehensive surveys are fielded for each deliverable. Then, follow-up interviews are conducted with a subset of employer and coalition participants to gather additional insights into their responses.

What is your employer and coalition participant panel criteria?

Our primary focus is on jumbo employers (5,000+ employees) and leading employer health coalitions. Secondarily, we occasionally include non-jumbo employers (50-4,999 employees), benefit advisors, health plans, and PBMs in our research initiatives.

We survey employer and coalition benefit decision makers. Employer respondents are Vice Presidents, Directors or Managers of Benefits, or Corporate Medical Directors. Nearly all coalition respondents are Executive Directors, Presidents or CEOs of the organization.

Respondents represent all regions throughout the country and a wide variety of employer industries.
